Reporting to the Director of Finance and serving as a key member of OMEP’s finance and administrative team and backup to OMEP’s Director of Finance, the Controller works full time to lead the accounting activities for the Finance department under the direction of OMEP’s Director of Finance. The position requires thorough knowledge of accounting principles, with grant compliance and fund accounting experience required. The Controller must be highly organized, attentive to details and accuracy, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
