We are seeking a tax-focused accountant with experience in tax preparation and working with businesses. This position has potential for all levels and types of tax preparation, as well as business support (payroll, bookkeeping) and financial statement preparation. Experience with researching tax positions and navigating a "paperless" environment are helpful. A desire to perform exceptionally well, while one learns and grows, is ideal for this position. There is a lot of potential for upward movement for the right candidate.  We offer all the usual benefits, as well as potential for partial remote work, once benchmarks are set. We also compensate fully for all hours worked, either by additional time off or actual bonus payment at the end of the year.
