Looking for person to be responsible for accounts payable, HR and payroll processing, financial statement preparation and cash management for the various internal departments.   Preparation of monthly construction draw requests.   Assist with due diligence for loans.  Coordination with CPA's for annual tax return preparation.  Oversee annual HUD audits.   Opportunity to advance to Controller once above areas have been mastered.  

Prefer several years of accounting experience.
