The Contract and Grant Revenue Manager is responsible for overseeing processes over revenues from contracts, grants and other revenues awarded that are not billed through the Electronic Health Record system.  This Position will be involved in the contract and grant application and signing process, manage ongoing reporting, and provide performance analysis to the CFO and Executive Leadership Team.  The Contract and Grant Revenue Manager will also be responsible for providing an annual revenue forecast to support the budget process and other period forecasting as needed.  Additionally, this position will manage Accounts Receivable in relation to our grants and contracts. This position will have an office at our administrative offices located in NE Portland near the Lloyd center. There may be opportunity to work remotely temporarily during until covid-19 restrictions are removed.

Who you are and your qualifications:
For this role, you must have a degree in accounting/finance; a CPA is preferred. You will enter with 3-5 years of work experience in finance/accounting behind you. You also have experience supervising others. Ideally, you are versed in nonprofit or healthcare work and you bring knowledge of financial reporting systems, experienced in using pivot tables and Look up functions in Excel, can compute basic stats and savvy with systems and reporting. Compensation:
Starting is $78,980/yr. - $91,205/yr. New hires with less than 3-years experience will start at the minimum and those with over 10-years experience will start at the maximum. We take into consideration experience and licenses/certification beyond the minimum requirement.
