Summary:  Partners with the Chief Financial Officer to develop the organization’s strategic financial objectives by monitoring and evaluating financial plans and results. Enforces controls to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the Company’s consolidated financial statements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintains the accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger and accounting standards for Columbia Machine
2. Provides financial reporting and analysis
3. Facilitates the budgeting process
4. Maximizes return and limits risk on cash
5. Ensures tax obligations for domestic, international, and affiliated companies are fulfilled
6. Manages staff respectfully
7. Develops human resources
8. Supports internal and external customer service
9. Leads the continuous improvement effort
10. Maintains professional and technical knowledge
11. Contributes to team effort
